Iridyx provides phone answering and appointment scheduling services to local service businesses. By calling a line we answer, requesting an appointment, or agreeing to receive text notifications, you accept these terms.

SMS Messaging Terms

When you provide your mobile number during a call and agree to receive texts, you consent to receive transactional messages from Iridyx on behalf of the business you contacted — appointment booking confirmations and scheduling updates.

Message frequency: varies with your bookings; typically 1–3 messages per appointment.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Help: reply HELP or contact shahan.irfan@iridyx.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Services

Appointments scheduled through our service are requests to the business you contacted; the business is responsible for performing the underlying work, its pricing, and any changes. Iridyx is not a party to the transaction between you and that business.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting to disrupt our systems or using them for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer & Liability

Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iridyx disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services, including missed, delayed, or rescheduled appointments.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be available at this page.
