Iridyx ("we," "us") provides phone answering and appointment scheduling services to local service businesses. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our services, including calls answered on behalf of our business clients and related text-message notifications.
When you call a phone line we answer on behalf of a business, we may collect: your name, phone number, the reason for your call, appointment details you request, and a recording and transcript of the call. When you submit a form or otherwise provide contact details to one of our business clients, we may receive that information to schedule or confirm your appointment.
We use this information solely to provide services on behalf of the business you contacted: scheduling and confirming appointments, sending booking confirmations and scheduling updates by SMS or email, notifying the business of your request, and improving service quality. Calls may be recorded for quality purposes; you are notified at the start of a recorded call.
If you agree to receive them, we send transactional text messages such as appointment booking confirmations and scheduling updates. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
We share your information only with: (a) the business whose phone line you contacted, so they can serve you; and (b) service providers that operate our infrastructure (telephony, hosting, scheduling), bound to use it only on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
We retain call records and booking data as long as needed to provide services to the business you contacted, and protect them with industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transmission and access controls.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us and we will respond promptly.
